（參加「 2025 歐洲聯合行動研討會」全體與會者和駐日內瓦代表赤列曲吉合影  2025 年 7 月 19 日 照片 / 駐日內瓦辦事處提供 ）  德國法蘭克福，2025年7月20日 —— 由藏人行政中央駐日內瓦辦事處主辦的「2025 歐洲聯合行動研討會」於7月19日至20日在德國法蘭克福西藏之家隆重舉行。來自歐洲八個國家的藏人、維吾爾人、香港人、南蒙古人、廣東人等民族代表，以及人權捍衛者、白紙運動倡導者、中國民運人士、受迫害宗教團體代表等齊聚一堂，共同探討聯合行動的未來方向與策略。藏人行政中央駐澳洲華人事務聯絡官達瓦桑姆遠道從澳洲前來參加，彰顯了會議的國際影響力與重要性。 研討會開幕：團結與希望的起點 7月19日上午9時，研討會在西藏之家正式拉開帷幕。藏人行政中央駐日內瓦代表赤列曲吉致開幕詞，她表示：「達賴喇嘛尊者領導藏人自由民主運動已有七十余年，我們每一個人一直在努力保護民族語言、文化與宗教。『2025 歐洲聯合行動研討會』旨在促進坦誠交流，推動未來聯合行動的開展。感謝各位接受駐歐洲華人事務聯絡官的邀請參與本次會議。希望在未來兩天，大家深入探討，推動歐洲聯合行動更上一層樓！祝研討會圓滿成功！」 台灣駐德國代表處謝志偉大使特別發來賀辭，高度讚揚西藏人民的堅韌精神：「西藏人民歷經幾十年的苦難考驗，其民族文化靭性依舊屹立不搖，早已成為世界人民心中景仰與崇敬的自由燈塔。」這一賀辭為會議增添了國際支持的聲音，也激勵與會者繼續為自由與人權奮鬥。 （西藏、維吾爾、、南蒙古、廣東與香港代表合影） 首日議程：多元議題與深入討論 7月19日的會議分為四場主題討論，涵蓋達賴喇嘛轉世、國際形勢下的藏中問題、藏人與華人交流的重要性，以及多民族聯合行動的意義。 第一場：達賴喇嘛轉世問題與圖伯特現況 由國際筆會和平委員會副主席廖天琪主持，駐澳洲華人事務聯絡官達瓦桑姆和駐歐洲華人事務聯絡官桑傑嘉主講。南蒙古大呼拉爾主席席海明、德國阿克塞爾·施普林格自由基金會成員黃意誠等參與討論，針對達賴喇嘛轉世問題及圖伯特當前局勢進行了深入剖析。 第二場：新的國際形勢下之圖中問題 由廖天琪主講，獨立中文筆會會長馬建、中國研究創辦人黃華等人參與討論。會議聚焦國際形勢變化對藏中問題的影響，探討如何在全球格局中尋求突破。 第三場：中共打壓下圖伯特人與華人交流的重要性 由作家、歐洲之聲主編潘永忠主講...

Amsterdam, July 5, 2025 – Approximately 100 Uyghurs, Chinese democracy activists, and supporters gathered at Amsterdam Central Station Square from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on July 5 to commemorate the 16th anniversary of the 2009 Urumqi Massacre. Organized by the Stichting Support Uyghurs, the event aimed to honor the thousands of Uyghurs arrested, disappeared, or killed during and after the Urumqi protests in 2009, while calling for international attention to the Chinese government’s ongoing genocide, forced labor, and organ harvesting in East Turkistan.
